Role: Event Organizer and Country Coordinator
I successfully organized the Employer Branding Roundtable, an exclusive event designed for Employer Branding (EB) professionals and HR Executives. The event provided a platform to share real-world case studies, best practices, and actionable insights to help companies tackle talent acquisition challenges and strengthen their strategies for 2023.
1. Concept and Program Design:
- Developed the event agenda focusing on timely and impactful topics such as TikTok campaigns, Gen Z engagement, and Swiss talent insights.
- Collaborated with industry experts and secured a lineup of thought-provoking speakers.
2. Event Planning and Execution:
- Coordinated logistics, including venue selection (University of Zurich), registration management, and participant communications.
- Ensured a seamless flow of activities, from introductions to networking and the closing apéro.
3. Marketing and Outreach:
- Created compelling promotional content to attract EB professionals and HR executives.
- Managed participant registration and ensured attendance of key stakeholders from top Swiss companies.
4. Hosting and Facilitation:
- Welcomed attendees and moderated the event alongside partners.
- Facilitated discussions and ensured an engaging experience for all participants.
- Networking and Community Engagement:
- Organized a post-event networking apéro, fostering connections between attendees and creating opportunities for collaboration.
